We’ve made the tough decision to permanently close our Katsu Burger & Sushi in Ballard.
We’re so thankful for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. From sushi rolls to towering katsu burgers—you made it all worthwhile.
We hope to welcome you at one of our other Katsu Burger locations soon!
Sad to see the Ballard location close, but it’s great to hear the team is continuing at other locations. Thank you for the memories, delicious katsu burgers, and sushi that brought people together over the years. Posts like this remind me of Slope Rider—sometimes one chapter ends, but the journey continues somewhere new.
