About Katsu Burger Tacoma
Tacoma’s first Katsu Burger opened in 2026 on Sixth Avenue, bringing Japanese-style katsu burgers to the South Sound, close to University Place, Fircrest and Ruston.
Every burger starts with natural beef, pork or chicken, or organic tofu, coated in panko and fried golden, then stacked on a soft bun with our house sauces. First time? Start with the Tokyo Classic, turn up the heat with the Godzilla Attack, or take on the Mt. Fuji. Don’t skip the Nori fries.
